Disabling Automated Alerts for Year End, School Breaks and Holidays

The below instructions will walk you thru how to disable your Automated Alerts

*From your SwiftK12 Home Page

*Select Settings on the top right.

The Automated Alerting Settings box will be on the screen. Make sure you are in the correct building that you would like to disable your Automated Alerts for.  Please keep in mind-Automated Alerts are building specific.

To view which building you are in, look on the top right of the SwiftK12 home page near the word School.

In the Automated Alerts Settings box click on the Automated Alert that you would like to disable. Daily Attendance, Period Attendance, Lunch Balance etc.

The Manage Daily Attendance Alerts page will now show on your screen.

Locate the Alert Name that you would like to disable the Automated Alert for.

Click the blue ON button to the right of the Alert Name.

Click the red DISABLE button.

The Alert will now be DISABLED and will not run until it has been re-enabled.

To confirm the alert is DISABLED  it should now look like the below picture. The button to the right of the Alert Name should now read Off.

You have now DISABLED the Automated Alert.
