Email Template Troubleshooting
These are the 3 troubleshooting steps when you do not see the templates in the template dropdown while creating an email.
1. Make sure you are logged into the school/district that has the templates.
2. Make sure none of the template names have any special characters, if so remove them.
3. Do any of the templates have a ' in the html (Click the source button in the template to see the html); if there is a ' in content such as (this is John's template) just delete the '. If the ' is used as a ", then replace the ' with a ".
