Swiftk12 Standalone - How to Reset a Password

To reset a User's password for a SwiftK12 Standalone user, follow the steps below.

Please keep in mind only account users who are Super Users can reset passwords.

From your SwiftK12 home page.

Click on the word Settings on the top right of the page.


Under System Settings, click on Users

Under the heading Username in the blue header box, find the user name you need to Reset the password for.

On the Account Users Page under the heading Mobile App, click on the orange Reset Mobile Pass button.

A Reset Mobile Password pop up box will appear.

Click on the Reset Password button on the bottom left of the box.

The user will receive a new temporary password via TXT message to their mobile phone.

They will need to sign in with their user name and temporary password that was texted to them.

Once they sign back in, they will be able to change their password to a new one.
