These can be created for any fee-based item in PowerSchool.
Examples: Sports related fees, Yearbook fees and library book fees just to name a few.
Message Content (Phone Call):
Hello. This is a message from [school/]. Your student, [firstname/] [lastname/] has an outstanding fee balance of [balancedue/] for [feename/]. Please remit payment as soon as possible.
Short Message Content (SMS/TXT):
[firstname/] has an outstanding fee balance [balancedue/] for [feename/]. Please submit payment asap.
Email Content (Email):
Hello. This is a message from [school/]. Your student, [firstname/] [lastname/] has an outstanding fee balance [balancedue/]. Please call the school at 617-252-0128 with any questions regarding your student’s outstanding balance. Thank you.
You have now successfully entered your message content into your Fee Alert thru SwiftK12.
